摘要

This report describes development of unconventional labelling methods.n1. Labelling of butane under the impact of tritium ions in the energy range between 3 eV and 6000 eV. A mass spectrometer has been designed to produce tritium ions with controlled energy and to study the interaction of these ions with gaseous targets. The results of the irradiation of butane are presented, as a function of the particle energy and the pressure of the target. The incorporation of tritium into butane is low and does not exceed 4 % in the best conditions.n2. Electric discharge-induced labelling. Results of a high frequency electric discharge in methane-14C alone and admixed with halogen vapours are presented. It is shown that the synthesis leads in several seconds to the formation of higher hydrocarbons and halocarbons with the same specific activity as the methane.n3. Tritiation of hydrocarbons and their derivatives by exchange labelling with the complex of tritiated phosphoric acid and boron trifluoride.
