A dynamical system with a wide range of time constants presents some difficulties when numerical integration procedures are used for analysis. This note presents one method which has been successfully tried.nOriginally prepared as a Lecture hand-out in November 1960, it is now being issued unchanged in a formal series because so many requests for copies are received.
