摘要

One of the most important problems to be solved for understanding many of the phenomena which take place in the earth magnetosphere is that of measuring the geoelectric field.nThe main difficulty in the measurement of geoelectrical fields is due to their weakness. For instance, we see that in order to accelerate from 0 to 10 KeV an electron which moves along the geomagnetic line of force L=6.6, starting from the equator down to the earth atmosphere, an electric field of the order of 0.2 mV/meter in sufficient.
