SKUA II ROCKET AMM - S2 - 09 LAUNCHED AT CHURCHILL RESEARCH RANGE 13 NOVEMBER 1970

This report deals with the engineering aspects of pre¬paring the payload and launching Skua II rocket AMM-S2-09 at Churchill Research Range in November 1970. The payload carried an experiment designed to measure height profiles of atomic oxygen to an altitude of 100 kilometers during day¬light hours. The experiment and the payload engineering was provided by the Utah State University, U.S.A., with consulta¬tion from the Environmental Science Services Administration (ESSA). The project scientist was Dean H. I. Schiff, York University, Toronto. Experimental results were limited because of telemetry failure at T+75 seconds.
