摘要

There exist regions in cosmos, such as the surface layers of stars and cool interstellar clouds, which are lowly ionized in an undisturbed state. Fully ionized plasmas which are produced within limited volumes of these regions will interact with the surrounding neutral gas through partially ionized boundary regions, in a way depending on an immersed magnetic field.
