Summary of EPA Radon Chamber Tests and Results for Rounds 3 and 4 of the National Radon Measurement Proficiency Program

In the report, two EPA radon and radon decay products test chambers were used to expose detectors submitted for testing in Round 4 of the National Radon Measurement Proficiency Program and are used routinely for calibration purposes. Also described are the measurement and calibration procedures which were used to establish the official target values for radon and radon decay products concentrations during RMP Round 4 testing. The results for RMP Round 3 and RMP Round 4 are discussed and compared.
