An innovative four step coil winding process is under development at the Superconducting Super Collider Laboratory. This method is to be used for correction coils used in magnets for the HEB and Collider Rings of the SSC. High density, orderly wound coils with good mechanical stability and dimensional control are the end products of this technique.
