Nonlinear positive method for solving the transport equation on course meshes

A new nonlinear S(sub n) transport differencing scheme for slab geometry is presented that is fourth order accurate for small meshes and is strictly positive. The new scheme has been coded into the existing ONELD code and tested. Numerical results to demonstrate the accuracy and positivity of this new scheme are presented. (ERA citation 19:013816)
