The report provides a description of changes from the workplan, explains why these changes occurred, and describes what the impact on performance will be. The report includes a discussion of accomplishments, problems and variances, their causes and their effects. Finally the report presents an analysis of program status, proposes solutions to problems encountered, and discusses future expectations regarding the project.
