How to create a win-win situation between the oil companies and the contractors/suppliers

The conference paper deals with the obtained experience in Norway on contract management offshore. The paper discusses the issue of new ideas with the aim of creating a win-win situation and to obtain simplified contracts. Two main areas are discussed. Firstly, how to create a business environment where conflicts are less likely to occur, and secondly, how to handle conflicts efficiently when they occur
