We suggest the new way of introduction into three-dimensional phase space. Our approach is based on the elliptic deformation of two-dimensional phase space. This kind of deformation we call 'elliptic' because oscillator of deformed mechanics is described by the Jacobi elliptic functions. The theory contains a parameter (mu) of energy dimensionality, so that for (mu) (yields) (infinity) the deformed dynamics is reduced to the Newton equations.
