NPDES Permit No. Nm 0028355 Monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRS) for February 2011

There were no maximum effluent limitations exceeded out of the 71 analyses conducted on industrial and sanitary outfalls during the monitoring period. Please note that extreme low temperatures, dangerous wind chills, and icy road conditions occurred during the week of Monday, January 31, 2011 through Friday. February 4,2011 resulting in the shutdown of sampling activities for safety reasons. During this period, the weekly field parameters for pH and total residual chlorine (TRC) were not collected at Outfall 03A022, Outfall 03A048, Outfall 03Al13, and Outfall 03A181. On the following week, additional field parameters were collected at Outfall 03A022, Outfall 03A048, and Outfall 03A181. At Outfall 03Al13, the end of the pipe remained plugged until February 14, 2011, at which time the additional field parameters were collected. This information is also documented on appropriate DMRs.
