Silicon strip detector testing on KFTI 300 MeV linac

摘要

The electrical and physical properties of semiconductor silicon strip detector were investigated in this paper. Optimal operation conditions for the detector + preamplifier system were determined and the strip detector was tested by means of (alpha) particles and conversion (beta) particles souses. The possibility of it utilization as relativistic electrons detector at the focal plane of the magnetic spectrometer was investigated. 16 refs., 1 tab., 8 figs. (Atomindex citation 26:060368)
