Propagation of EM waves in nonlinear magnetic and dielectric medias. Integrals of motion

Scattering of electromagnetic wave on a nonlinear dielectric and magnetic film is considered. In both cases, the first integrals of motion having TE and TM field components are presented. For each type of polarization we show that Maxwell's equations can be solved exactly in quadratures for optically isotropic media with magnetic permeability which can be an arbitrary function of the local magnetic field intensity.
