Development of a visualization tool for displaying analysis and test results

The evaluation and certification of packages for transportation of radioactive materials is performed by analysis, testing, or a combination of both. Sandia National Laboratories has developed an initial version of a visualization tool that allows the comparison and display of test and of analytical data as part of a Department of Energy-sponsored program to support advanced analytical techniques and test methodologies. The capability of the tool extends to both mechanical (structural) and thermal data.
