A workshop on applications of ion beam analysis was held at ANSTO. Its aims were to review developments and current status on use of ion beams for analysis, emphasizing: fundamental ion beam research and secondary effects of ion beams; material sciences, geological, life sciences, environmental and industrial applications; computing codes for use in accelerator research; high energy heavy ion scattering and recoil; and recent technological development using ion beams.
