Automatic TLI recognition system hardware implementations

This report describes and compares three hardware implementations of an automatic target recognition system that uses a small network of parallel processors, with primary attention given to data processing speed per dollar of computer cost. The more recently developed hardware offers a significant, but not overwhelming, advantage.
