SOR users' guide - how to navigate through the SOR analysis

The Columbia River System Operation Review (SOR) gave river managers, users, and the general public a chance to examine system operations in detail, to study how each river use affects others, and to consider the consequences of changing the way the system works. This catalog introduces many SOR products to be found throughout the 20 appendices and the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) Main Report. They include maps, models, data bases, current descriptions of Federal hydro projects and river resources, publications, and slide shows.
