Stockpile stewardship and management programmatic environmental impact statement data for the no action and phase-out alternatives at the Oak Ridge Reservation

The US DOE is considering alternatives for the Oak Ridge Y-12 plant under the Stockpile Stewardship and Management Program. The three alternatives under consideration are: (1) continuing the Secondary manufacturing operations at Y-12 in a downsized footprint; (2) no action with respect to the current Y-12 Secondary manufacturing operations; and (3) phasing out the Secondary manufacturing operations a Y-12. This report provides specific environmental data requested for the Y-12 alternatives of no action and phase out.
