Lietuvos Dujos. Final report. Inspection of new panevezys - Siauliai pipeline

摘要

The objective of the project has only been to determine the degree of deterioration that the pipes have suffered since 1991 and which might influence their use as a high pressure transmission pipeline. An evaluation of pipe or weld quality has not been part of the scope as these are expected to be in accordance with the actual Soviet standards and because they have been checked, accepted and documented during construction. The evaluation has been based on a document review together with spotwise measurements and observations in the field and in the laboratory. The objective has been met as set out by Project Proposal with the investigation and this report as follows. (au)
