The Windows Calorimeter Control (WlNCAL) Program System Design Description contains a discussion of the design details for the WinCal product. Information in this document will assist a developer in maintaining the WinCal system. The content ofthis document follows the guidance in WHC-CM-3-1O, Software Practices, and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Standard 1016-1987, Recommended Practice for Design Descriptions. The information covered in this document deals with the WinCal software system as installed in the Hanford Site Plutonium Finishing Plant (PFP).
