This paper presents the final performance report for the Urban Scholars Program portion of the US DOE Pre-Freshman Enrichment Program. The middle school program is very briefly described. Eight objectives make up the framework of the program. The objectives are listed with a description of the activities, accomplishments, and outcomes.
