This document assesses the potential for failure of the single-shell tanks (SSTs)211u001ethat are presumably sound and helps to establish the retrieval priorities for 211u001ethese and the assumed leakers. Furthermore, this report examines probabilities of 211u001eSST failure as a function of age and operational history, and provides a simple 211u001estatistical summary of historical leak volumes, leak rates, and corrosion factor.
