This document establishes the technical basis in support of Emergency Planning211u001eactivities for the 340 Facility on the Hanford Site. Through this document, the 211u001etechnical basis for the development of facility specific Emergency Action Levels 211u001eand Emergency P1arming Zone, is demonstrated.
