This system design description addresses tire tempered water (TTV) system and the tempered water cooling (TWC) system. The discussion that follows will be limited to these systems. The system design description, when used in conjunction with the other elements of the definitive design packages, provides a complete picture of the Cold Vacuum Drying Facility (CVDF). Elements of this design description include functions, requirements, and descriptions.
