摘要

We numerically simulate the process of nuclear spin measurement in Kane quantum211u001ecomputer. For this purpose, we model the quantum dynamics of two coupled nuclear 211u001espins located on (sup 31)P donors implanted in Si. We estimate the minimum time 211u001eof measurement necessary for the reliable transfer of quantum information from 211u001ethe nuclear spin subsystem to the electronic one and the probability of error for 211u001etypical values of external noise.
