Recent Livermore excitation and dielectronic recombination measurements for211 laboratory and astrophysical spectral modeling

Using the EBIT facility in Livermore we produce definitive atomic data for input211u001einto spectral synthesis codes. Recent, measurements of line excitation and 211u001edielectronic recombination of highly charged K-shell and L-shell ions are 211u001epresented to illustrate this point.
