Thermal assessment of Shipping port pressurized water reactor blanket fuel211 assemblies within a multi-canister overpack within the canister storage building

A series of analyses were performed to assess the thermal performance211u001echaracteristics of the Shipping port Pressurized Water Reactor Core 2 Blanket 211u001eFuel Assemblies as loaded within a Multi-Canister Overpack within the Canister 211u001eStorage Building. A two-dimensional finite element was developed, with enough 211u001edetail to model the individual fuel plates: including the fuel wafers, cladding, 211u001eand flow channels.
