The purpose of this Specific Test and Evaluation Plan (STEP) is to provide a detailed written plan for the systematic testing of the newly constructed 200E Waste Transfer System in the W-314 Project. This report describes all testing and evaluation activities required for documenting compliance to the project design criteria.
