Software Design Description SSF Ground Station Downlink

This paper is an abridged version of the Special Sensor F Ground Station downlinksoftware design description, originally authored by Roy Stronger in Spring 1997, then extended and updated by the same author in 2000. This version has been edited to fit (or at least exceed by a less gross amount) internship technical paper space constraints. This document describes the design of b Co=-based SSF downlink. It is used in two modes. Flight Mode and Non-Flight Mode, to convert minor frames generated by the SSF sensor into telemetry packets viewable by ground-station display software.
