Integraated Program in Microbial Genome Sequencing and Analysis

The final progress report for this project contains information on nine microbial genome sequencing projects and two functional genomics projects that have been underway since the last report was submitted. The work funded under this award has resulted in six publications, one submitted manuscript, and five manuscripts in preparation.
