摘要

Gas samples are to be removed from the process gas stream in the dissolver off-gas system for periodic laboratory analysis as well as for continuous monitoring when the process is on stream. The entire system operates at sub-atmospheric pressure, and any sampling system should be capable of withdrawing the sample at the existing pressure. The devised system utilizes the pressure drop across an orifice placed in the main process gas stream to force a portion of the gas to a sample station. From the sample station the gas sample returns to the downstream side of the orifice and enters the process gas line.
