摘要

Since 1920 very many investigators have applied radio¬active and stable isotope tracers to studies of chemical, biochemical, medical and other problems by which heretofore unexplained physical and chemical changes could be followed and hence explained with relative ease (2).nTwo of the pioneers in the field of application to chemical engineering were Maloney and Hughes (6). They have developed a Gcigcr-Mucller counter for contained -in a liquid sample and also a method of analysis of one component in a multicomponent liquid mixture by radioactive tracers. These they have applied to the study of diffusion phenomenon (5, 6).
