DATATRON DIGITAL COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR LEAST-SQUARES ANALYSES OF VARIANCE

This report describes in some cattail a digital computer program for calculating least-squares solutions and making analyses of variance of sets of over determined linear equations. Such problems have been found to be of sufficiently general interest to justify reproducing the entire come together with sufficient desorption of the program to enable anyone familiar with the Electro data Datagram Computer to use it for similar problems. If desired, these portions of the code dealing with the matrix inversion and checking of the inverse matrix may be used separately.
