SYMPOSIUM ON NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING TRENDS IN THE AEC REACTOR PROGRAM

On May 20, 1960, the Atomic Energy Commission conducted an unclassified symposium on Nondestructive Testing Trends in the AEC Reactor Program.nThe symposium was held at Commission headquarters, Germantown, Maryland, and was open to the public without restriction. A list of the attendees is given.nThe purpose of the symposium was to acquaint industry representatives with the equipment and techniques used in nondestructive testing as performed by the Commission. Also, it was anticipated that the information presented would enable industry to enhance its nondestructive testing capability.
