摘要

The suitability of a silver gauze working electrode for the determination of uranium by controlled-potential coulometry has been investigated. Details are given of a quantitative procedure which is applicable to amounts of uranium of about 1 mg and greater in N sulphuric acid. Bismuth, copper and molybdenum have been shown to cause interference in the determination, and the presence of mercury to have a deleterious effect on the working electrode.
