The radioassay of water containing tritium in very low concentrations is essential for many research purposes, and especially tritium assay in natural water.nIf simple and convenient procedures can be developed for the introduction of large amounts of hydrogen into liquid scintillation systems, this method of radioassay would be superior to gas counting.
