摘要

Uranium is separated from excess of other metal ions by reverse phase partition chromatography. The uranium is ultimately précis pirated as the complex with pyridyl-azo-napthol in water-acetone medium at pH 9 and isolated by filtration. The precipitate is dissolved in hydrochloric acid and after dilution the absorbance of the solution is measured at 440 m/x.
