RADIOACTIVE GASEOUS EFFLUENTS FROM A HOMOGENEOUS REACTOR

This paper presents the radioactive isotopes and the concentration of these isotopes in the effluent gases released from the Water Boiler reactor stack. The effect of prior operation of the Water Boiler reactor on the relative concentrations of the various isotopes is discussed. An evaluation is made of the results of an additional delay in the stack line. The curie output through the stack for each major isotope following a normal reactor operating day is given.
