摘要

The two-particle matrix element of a nuclear Hamiltonian in the basis of jj coupled functions is expressed as a product of certain coefficients and the independent two-particle radial matrix elements. A FORTRAN program is described which calculates these coefficients for scalar and tensor potentials. The scalar potentials are taken to be spin independent, spin singlet, and spin triplet. A sample numerical output and a FORTRAN listing are also given.
