OPTICAL, LIGHTING, AND PHOTOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT FOR THE SRE RECOVERY PROGRAM

This report contains a general description and pictures of the numerous optical devices, special lights and photographic equip ment that were used in the successful moderator and fuel replace ment program at the Sodium Reactor Experiment (SRE) located at Atomics International's Nuclear Development Field Laboratory. The optical devices, designed to operate at 400°F, were gas tight, and varied in length from 3 to 30 ft.
