This report provides technical bases for the project, describes the physical plant, presents detailed system derivations, model equations and nomenclature lists.nIncluded are scaled simu¬lation diagrams and other information needed to duplicate the 11-reactor plant model. Diagrams are similar to those published in the first document, except simulation components are specifically identified and scale factors are included.
