摘要

One of the important parameters for the evaluation of the per-formance of a boiling water reactor is the void fraction distri¬bution along the height of a fuel channel.nMoreover, for the study of the dynamics of a boiling water reactor, it is desired to have a momentary indication of the void frac¬tion at a particular place in a fuel channel. Especially this is true for the study of the onset and character of hydraulic in¬stabilities, measurement of transfer functions to void and for the study of the transient behaviour in response to different types of inputs.
