This volume contains the computer printouts of the calculations performed for this report.nThe numerical values in the tables are given as a decimal fraction followed by the letter E and a two-digit number. The number following the E indicates the power of 10 by which the fraction is to be multiplied.nThe use of these tables is described in Vol. I of this report. No smoothing has been performed on the computer-calculated data in the tables, although visual best-fit through the data points was used to construct the graphs in Vol. I. It is suggested that Vol. I be read, especially the sections on variations and corrections, before these tables are used.
