TERNARY FISSION OF 235U INDUCED BY NEUTRONS OF ENERGY BELOW 1 eV

The neutron energy dependence of the relative ternary-to-binaryn235 fission yield for U has been measured for neutron energies between0.025 eV and 1 eV. The data show that the variation in the relative ternary fission yield is less than 1.6％ in this energy region.
