The purpose of the present report is three-fold:n(a) To provide a self-contained set of instructions (Chapter V) for using the combined CASCADE-CLUSTER program.n(b) To document CLUSTER (Chapters II, VI)n(c) To update reference [8] with respect to the additional program options, and the refinements which have been made to the model during the past year (Chapters III, IV).
