This means that when these regu¬lations come into force, a further certificate will not be required. However, an official amendment will be issued when the Radioactive Substances (Carriage by Road) (Great Britain) Regulations are published, authorising the insertion of the date of publication in the appropriate space on the certi¬ficate.nThis Certificate is valid only for the first movements of capsules made to the approved design. If a consignor wishes the Certificate to apply to a capsule which has been in routine use, it will be necessary to make a case to the U.K. Competant Authority (through A.H.S.B.) that its integrity in respect of the encapsulation requirements set out in Transport Regulations of the International Atomic Energy Agency is adequate.
