摘要

A review is presented of the development of a number of methods for the analysis of raw tributyl phosphate and degraded process solvents. The work is based on absorption spectrometric techniques in the infra-red and visible regions, with or without preliminary chemical separation. Each of these methods has been applied for a number of years to the routine analysis of process solvent and samples arising from various research projects. The methods have enabled quantitative studies of the effect of solvent degradation on process performance to be made.
