摘要

The postpyrolysis of in pile irradiated terphenyls (OM2) causes a higher rate of decomposition than the pyrolysis of unirradiated mate-rial. A higher formation of gaseous hydrocarbons, benzene, diphenyl and higher boiling aromatic compounds are also observed.nThe kinetics of the decompositions are described. The possible mecha¬nisms responsible for the observed differences of reaction rates and product compositions are discussed.
