An improved temperature-control circuit has been designed that employs a thermistor bridge with a nonlinear reference leg and a single-ended transistor amplifier. This circuit provides regulation to within ±0.3°C for control at any selected temperature between -40 and +70° C. The nonlinear reference leg allows reduction in the num¬ber of components, thus improving the reliability without sacrificing accuracy.
